Molly's Gift Block

These are some photos that my brother took of the finished block for my friend Molly. Hope you enjoy.

Almost Done

This butcher block is almost complete. A final sanding and some time in the sun to purple up with a coat of oil should finish it off. This one is for Molly. I think she is giving it as a gift. What a great idea. Should have more to come later this week. Check back later.

My First Post

This is my first post and my first blog. Please be gentle. I am going to attempt to post some pictures of my latest butcher block that I made as a Christmas gift for my mother. It came out really well and has inspired me to try to change a couple things on the one I am currently building for my wife. Hope you enjoy the pics...if I get them posted.
